1. Requirement Confirmation & Technical Design

Before production starts, we work closely with clients to confirm detailed requirements, including reactor volume, port layout, stirring method, temperature range, and control needs. Our engineering team creates technical drawings and configuration files, which are submitted for customer approval.

2. Raw Material Procurement & Quality Inspection

  • Glass: We use 3.3 borosilicate glass for excellent thermal shock resistance and chemical stability.

  • Metal Components: Frames and supports are made from 304/316L stainless steel and anodized aluminum.

  • All materials are tested for purity, tolerance, and visual quality before entering production.

3. Glass Forming & Processing

  • Skilled glassworkers (10+ years experience) perform manual glassblowing, flame sealing, annealing and vacuum port welding.

  • Components include: main vessel, jacket layer, condenser, bottom valve, gas inlet/outlet, temperature sleeve.

  • All glass parts are precisely shaped to meet vacuum and concentricity standards.

4. Metal Frame & Accessory Fabrication

  • CNC machining and laser cutting are used to manufacture motor mounts, support frames, flanges, clamps, etc.

  • Welding, deburring, polishing, and surface anti-corrosion treatments (such as powder coating or passivation) ensure long-lasting durability.

5. Assembly & System Integration

  • The glass vessel is integrated with motor, stirring shaft, vacuum seal, valves, sensors, and control panel.

  • We ensure perfect coaxial alignment, stable frame fitting, and vacuum-grade sealing for leak-free operation.

  • Stirring and temperature control systems are tested in simulated working conditions.

6. Multi-Level Quality Testing

We implement a 5-step QC protocol for every unit:

  • Vacuum Leak Testing (static and dynamic pressure holding)

  • Jacket Pressure Testing (hydraulic pressure validation)
  • Agitation System Run-in (continuous motor testing)
  • Temperature Control Calibration (matched with chiller/heater)
  • Final Inspection (appearance, labels, documentation)

7. Cleaning, Packaging & Shipping

  • Final cleaning with ultrapure water and lint-free cloth;

  • All fragile parts are individually wrapped with foam and secured with straps;

  • Export-standard wooden crates (with IPPC mark) are used for global shipping;

  • English manuals, QC reports, and part lists are included.
