A scientific institution from Germany recently customize an exhaust gas scrubber system for neutralizing harmful gases generated during lab experiments. The client required high absorption efficiency, operational safety, and structural stability. Based on the specific gas types and lab emission control needs, we provided a tailored solution featuring a multi-stage packed tower design, corrosion-resistant materials, and efficient gas-liquid contact systems to ensure compliance with EU laboratory environmental standards. The setup included: a glass kettle, a chlorine gas intake system, and an exhaust treatment unit using NaOH absorption. The client required high levels of corrosion resistance, sealing reliability, and safe gas handling. We delivered a fully customized solution that supports a sealed reaction process and effective neutralization of chlorine exhaust — ideal for precious metal purification applications. After installation, the client reported stable operation and accurate control, resulting in improved lab efficiency and enhanced safety.
