The Diaphragm Metering Pump by Hefei Yangmai Technology Instrument Co., Ltd operates by transmitting a repeated compression and decompression motion to a flexible diaphragm. This design ensures that the liquid never passes through the diaphragm, keeping the fluid completely sealed from external contact. As the diaphragm moves, the chamber volume inside the pump head changes — drawing liquid in through the inlet check valve during decompression and discharging it through the outlet check valve during compression, similar to the principle of piston pumps. Certain diaphragm pumps are also capable of delivering fluid at relatively high discharge pressures.
